Feeding yearling dengie or other forage replacer?

Anyone know of any drawbacks to this? Too much protein in the alfalfa? Too many carbs in the forage replacers fortified with molasses? I am considering either Hi-Fiber Dengie or Triple Crown Forage Cubes.

Google Lucerne hay products, I like there stuff. I use the Totally Timothy bagged hay.
