Working student positions where you attend local public school?

I remember seeing an ad in Young Rider (?) for a family who took in working students and the girls attended the local public school. Does anyone know of a situation like that?

I have mainly hunter/jumper experience. My dream would be to own an A show barn or to work as a trainer or barn manager at a A show barn.
