I ordered a soccer ball for my horses from toysforhorses.com on Sept. 10. They were quick to take my $, but so far, no soccer ball. They don't return emails or phone calls, either.

Anyone else successfully or unsuccessfully order from them?

I'm sorry you got taken.

I looked at their website, and the first thing that jumped out at me was that they didn't list a phone number; the only way to contact them is via e-mail. That's a BIG red flag for me.

I don't buy my horses toys, so didn't even know there were folks out there (other than the on-line places like Jeffers, Valley Vet, etc.) that sell them.

Again, sorry you got ripped off. I hope they contact you soon and make it right.

It's on the main page, about halfway down on the right...;)

Believe it or not, there are a lot of small horse businesses that are run by really disorganized people (I used to work in a tack store and it's amazing that some of them manage to stay in business they way they run things!), but most of them have good intentions. Try to get ahold of them in the morning by phone, that would probably be the best time to nail someone down.

It would appear that among the myriad things wrong with me, I am now going blind....

I was aware of their phone # on the main page and have been calling. Google also lists a QH business run under that phone #, but that # goes to a fax machine.
