Where to get nameplates for 3/4" halters?

Where can I find a name plate for a Perri's 3/4" halter?

Dover has halter plates in a variety of sizes, 3/4" wide and 1/2" wide

The 1/2" width would probably look nicer on a 3/4" halter.

I got mine at Judys Tack store (mobile unit). They made it on site and put it on for me :)
