I liked the black mare also. Very cool. My friend gave one of my 2yo's a pony-tailed forelock. He has a ton of hair, but I won't cut it and won't let her either!! It helps keep the flies off his face and eyes. I didn't know she did that until I went to see him and he had this bright green human hair tie in his forelock. Least she didn't put a pink one in there. :)

Awesome! I learned how to braid my own long unruly hair back in 8th grade by practicing on my horses' tail incessantly! Luckily he didn't mind, and it sure comes in handy to be able to french braid with your eyes closed since my SO has beautiful long wavey hair that he HATES getting in his eyes, so I braid it for him sometimes.
