Looking for farms in New Jersey

I know this is going to be a rather broad question, but I just found out a move to Rockland County, NY, or across the boarder into Northern NJ, may be in my future (boyfriend relocating). Can anyone recommend farms for boarding? I have to find a job too, so if anyone knows farms hiring Barn Mangers, or even instructors that would be great! I like the Sussex area, not sure how affordable it is.

Sussex is much more affordable than either Bergen or Rockland Counties; but is at least a 45 minute drive to Bergen/Rockland. Sussex has a lot more open space than Bergen/Rockland, very little grass in Bergen/Rocland for paddocks. Just depends on what's more important to you, with Bergen/Rockland being so close to NYC it is a VERY crowded area!
