Barns near Columbus AFB?

I recently moved to Columbus AFB (in Columbus, MS) with my husband and was wondering what the horse scene is like around here. I leased my horse back home so he didn't come with me, but I really would like to find a place to ride. I recently have really been focusing on hunters and young horses, but I am pretty open to riding anywhere right now. Lessons or would be interested in riding for some people like I have been doing at home. Any ideas?

I'd say your best bet is going to be near Starkville. There are some eventing barns there, but I'm not sure what else. I do know there is a foxhunt.

If I were you, I'd contact some of the good folks at the Miss. Eventing and Dressage Association for assistance.

One eventing name is Betsy Ball. A barn that used to hold events is the Triple J (?), but it might have turned into a boarding barn only.
