NOTE that this post is more than a year old... Pretty sure it was bumped by someone trying to get some free advertising.

I'm looking for a good source for Platinum Performance CJ for horses. I've done lots of searches and keep finding the canine version (which comes in much smaller containers and I assume is somewhat different).

Can anyone recommend a good source for this product? Possibly with the best price? I know it's ridiculously expensive, though. :sigh:

Thanks!

Kara

I get the regular Platinum Performance and just order it from their web site. I don't know that anyone else sells it but them. If you put it in the search at the SmartPak site, you get comparable products. Dunno ...

And, yes, the CJ stuff is reeeaaaaallly expensive.

there are 2 ways to order platinum performance products- through them directly or through your vet. I go through them directly, and have for year without any issues, they have wonderful customer service. My horse did very well on the CJ, but it became cost prohibitive so I have her back on the regular formula and add in MSM and HA.

Thanks both of you! I saw the canine version on some other sites, so I guess I was holing out hope they'd have the horse version a tad cheaper somewhere else. I am back and forth between the PP CJ and Cosequin ASU... the PP CJ has much more ASU (which is what I am looking for), but is more than double the price of the Cosequin ASU.

Decisions, decisions...

The Platinum is a "complete" supplement....contains the regular PP plus the joint stuff including ASU. My horse has been on it for over a year and we LOVE it. It's pricey but worth every penny I think.

One of my fellow barnmates just got these as a way of adding extra ASU without the full pricetag of additional cosequin

I personally LOVE PP too! Both of my horses are on it as well as my dog.

I don't have dogs but my Mom does and I bought it for her to put them on, too! Hehe

Go to: http://platinumperformance.weebly.com
