My otherwise perfect yearling TB filly has a pencil eraser-size growth on the outside of her ankle. It's a light gray, textured (like mini cauliflower) growth that I'm thinking is a wart. I've done some research on this BB, but would like to know what the possibilities are.
If it is a wart, will it just go away? Could it grow into a horn-like thing? (once knew a horse who had a "horn" on it's leg)
