William Micklem - Too many aids hinder the horse

William Micklem has concluded his breeding series and has started a new one on helping - not hindering your horse. He addresses jumping, dressage and cross country, so I thought I'd share it in the eventing section.
I love his simplicity and no-nonsense approach and am interested in other opinions.
