Thanks to the Canadian posters who turned me on to Greenhawk when I was going up to Toronto a few months ago. I got a helmet there that I couldn't get locally, and the store help was really nice and helpful.
Found the Beamsville Greenhawk by accident a few weeks ago when up in Jordan doing wine tasting--one of those "honey, there's a tack shop! Brake!" moments. Got a saddle pad for $11 Canadian and was stoked. Then I bought a used saddle. Very, very helpful customer service there as well, and she told me about their saddle fitting service.
Went home, was having trouble fitting the saddle, e-mailed their saddle fitting service. Lise there was super helpful--spent a week trying to figure out how to get a saddle fitter to me, but wasn't able to find one with the requisite cross-border papers. But she then went out of her way to find and recommend other saddle fitters around here.
So yay for Greenhawk and those stereotypically nice, helpful Canadians. (: Just wanted to have a little PSA for them; I'm always so happy to find companies with good customer service and love to recommend them to others.
