Am looking for ballpark costs and/or suggestions for contractors to build a small indoor arena (something like 75' x 120'). No bells and whistles, just a clear-span, probably steel building with lights, kickboards, a couple sliding doors and footing (though that can come from elsewhere). Site is relatively level and well-draining.

Would be in the Middleburg/Leesburg area.

Any ideas? TIA.

The materials for the shells in metal barns, nothing else, are running around $4 to $7 a square foot and erection about $2 more.
Add site preparation, doors and finishing the interior, lining on the walls, water, electricity, any concrete and the kinds of stalls you may want, if you are putting any in there.

Hope that helps.:)

A lot. LOL
I priced a Morton for my round pen and it was 50k back in the late 90's.
