Corlando baby owners all seem so proud and want to share but it's hard here and so many of us are also on facebook with nothing but photos of our horses...
Tally said it would be OK if I created a Corlando fan page.

Everyone should hop on and share baby and youngster pics!

I have had 3 Corlando foals, and was very pleased with them. Two were premium foals, one just missed it. Carpe Diem, now shown under Cartier, belongs to Stonegate Stables and shows unbelievable jumping talent. There is a great jumping video and lots of photos on their website www.Stonegatestables.com. Bred by me and Registered as Carpe Diem, now showing as Cartier

Corlando's frozen semen works extremely well (I am lucky enough to have some in the tank), and the two people that used it last year got their mares pregnant on one try (one was a foal heat!)...both foals were at Hilltop Farm last weekend, one was named Charity out of Victorian Gold.
You can see her here

and one of the others that I bred is here:

I am attaching photos of Cartier, Charity, and Casanova

I had a Corlando Broodmare that I really liked. She was a good mover with a good jump.

I second that, Grayfox! I've still got her, and she's an impressive mover! Her filly by Redwine is really turning into a stunner!

I'm glad you still her, she's such a nice mare. Love to see pictures of her Redwine. Did she stay black?

I love my Corlando babies. Both are out of my foundation TB mare. Chaplain was bought by the former Pam-Am Evernt rider Packey McGaughn and is said to be doing very well. The younger filly, Chaya, was bought by Lauren Seitz as a weanling. She is now 3. Lauren has been taking her to sporthorse breeding shows since she was a yearling, and has been Champion or Reserve every time out. She was on the front page of the Eventing site last month. I have asked Lauren to post some pictures for me since I have not been able to figure that out

I love my Corlando - PJ is now 3 - he was just backed and a superstar -moves wonderfully, jumped little jumps without a blink - now back living the life of happy turn out:

I just LOVE Corlando babies!
The mare that grayfox and Crossroads are taking about was bred by me. She is a lovely mare, with a great temperament. She was very easy as a baby, and a very good mover right from the start. It makes me really happy to know that she has a great home, where she is appreciated, and is making beautiful babies!
I also have a 5 year old Corlando mare in my barn that I bred, and sold as a 3 year old. This filly is a baby green hunter, has been to a few shows, and always pins high. She is VERY fancy and has a freaky good jump. Her adult ammy owner adores her, and the mare tries her heart out for her. I will see if her owner can post some pictures here.
One day, I hope to have a Corlando gelding! 3Dogs, if PJ goes missing, do not look here...

I have a three year old gelding. He has the most amazing temperment, and a "freaky good" jump, as was said before. He sired two foals before being gelded and both are marked the same as he is.....brown with four whites and white star/blaze. I am loving every minute of him and would like to breed his half sister to Corlando.

Should I chime in?? :)
To say I loved Corlando would probably be the understatement of the year. I had the pleasure of knowing him and have been able to spend a good deal of time with him and numerous offspring. I have yet to see one that can't jump, and though they are not all "hunter" movers, they are all very athletic and use themselves very well. I have a mare that I adore and would not trade or sell for the world. I'm thrilled that Talley at Triad Farm has a very good bank of frozen as I WILL be buying some in the near future!
Tisor - thanks for doing the fan page and as soon as I get a chance I'll be joining!!

I'll have to post links to pictures of my 4 yo Corlando mare at her first show that my husband took.
It was a small local show held at Quentin this past July. This was her first show and the perfect venue to start her as it was low key and perfect for a 4 yo.
This lovely girl I bred myself, never disappoints me. She really tries.
I was so impressed at how good she was at her first show.
She was RC in green hunters, but again, a small GREAT venue to start with.
Hubby didn't get any good jumping pictures but trust me...we know of what you speak of that jump.

so excited to start playing with my boy a bit. parelli?... clicker training? of course he's not a problem horse at ALL. I love wathcing him in the herd. he's impervious to the rankings. he's the only one that never bites or kicks anyone. like he's above it....
am dropping everyone;s links on the facebook page. hope that's okay.

I've been out of town, but I'll see what I have as far as photos of my 2 year old by Corlando and post them. I guess I'd better renew my premium membership to do so! If I don't have anything decent, maybe I can take some. He's pretty sunbleached just now and a bit butt high, but getting very attractive. Has such a kind eye! Sorry it's taken me awhile to get this done, Tisor!

Thank you Marilyn! Her dam is quite possibly the most beautiful mare I have ever seen...check her out at:
http://www.goldhopefarm.com/victorian_gold.htm
She is close to my heart...even though I no longer own her, I bred her and her sire!! Let me try again to post pics of the filly...
I am very excited that the dam of this filly will be bred to my young stallion Good as Gold this spring...
