Need help with a team name STAT!

OK, entries are due for our GMO's team championship and year end show. My trainer set up the teams of her clients, but we are having trouble coming up with a name. Since all the horses are coming from different farms I thought we could do something with the horses names, they are (Finest) Gem, Buster (Brown) and Werther. I was thinking of using the initials BGW but I can't come up with a good phrase. Any wordsmiths out there, help!

Every time I'm in this position, my first instinct is always to do something with the names/colors/things that are common to the horses and riders. Almost every time I do that I, I come up with something stupid ;).

I've had better luck thinking of a theme FIRST, then a name that goes with the theme. Then your decorations/fun 'team' things are already done. 60s? 70s? 80s? Outer space? Farm animals? Region of the country/world? Cartoon characters? A certain movie? There are a lot of theme ideas that are pretty easy to throw together quick and fun decorations. Then, come up with a team name from the theme. Bonus points for throwing in a dressage pun ;).
