Is this normal? Should I get the farrier to do corrective trimming?

That's pretty mild. They straighten out when they fill out. Same in front.

The hind legs SHOULD turn out a little. Sure, a horse can stand pointing perfectly forward if he so chose, or was asked to, but in order to move, the stifle has to clear the belly, in simple terms, to the whole leg points out a little.
The picture looks like he stopped at a slightly awkward stage. If you really wanted to judge him, you'd need to make sure he was standing correctly.

I agree about the stance she's in. I'll try again and post back when I get better pictures. She doesn't want to stand still.

Agree with JB. Toeing out, in the true sense of the term, typically occurs in the front where the horses carriers the most weight, coupled with angular limb deformities or poor trimming.
Young horses can contort their stance in all sorts of ways as their upper bodies develop and to compensate for balancing themselves.
I wouldn't do anything with a farrier for this. In fact, I think it would be a mistake to do so.

In general mine seem to toe out the worst behind at 2 and then correct at 3 or so
