Alright so my horses are terrible in their stalls they will come in from a perfectly nice day to take a pee or poop in their stalls and then go back outside... So we have tried straw, which was super cheep but it didnt apsorb and they ate it..., and we also tried shavings which is more exspensive and they just have to stand in the wet shavings which is gross???? Any opinions or suggestions to help me i want something easy to clean, something thats absorbs and that isn't too exspensive...........

I use soft wood pellets (WoodyPet) that are use in stoves. Must be softwood though. They are reasonable, absorb fantastically and easy to clean.

I use Guardian pellets. Like WoodyPet, they're made of soft wood (I think it's pine?).
In any case, since I went to pelleted bedding....I wouldn't use anything else...ever. Easy to pick, I go through one bag per week ($6.50/bag here in uber-expensive NJ) so it's economical. I fill approx. 1/2 of a muck bucket every day.
I pick the manure and scoop out the wet spots. I believe the manufacturers advise you to mix in the wet spots but that just seems gross to me :)

I have a very neat horse and one PIG. Did the pellets , and the shavings. I don't have a money tree so chose to go with mats and no bedding...Works just fine!! Mine have free run and are rarely closed into their stalls. I saw they always generally slept outside anyway!

I also use the pellets, I prefer "Equine Fresh" from Tracotr supply, will never go back to anything else!

Another vote for pellets. LOVED Guradian, but the feed store stopped stocking them. Now I go to TSC or a different local feed dealer for whatever brand they have in 35-40 pound sizes. Pound for pound, Woody Pet is too expensive for the amount you get.

I use bulk sawdust - super easy to clean. I split a regular wheelbarrow into 7 stalls each day. They are in for 8 to 10 hours per day.
The pellet bedding is very similar when expanded. When I used that, I would just cut open a bag, and fill it with water. In about 10 minutes, it was lovely, fluffy bedding, ready to dump. Sawdust/wood pellets break down really fast too, so they are great for the environment. Within just a couple of weeks of composting, it is ready to be used on gardens, etc.

What I really like and if it was cheap enough I would prefer it is sawdust layer on the bottom and straw layer on top. Straw kept the horses out of the wetness and horse was clean with a quick pick of the stalls every night. Under neath it absorbed the wet and I just scrapped up the wet spots. Bed look comfy enough for me to sleep on!
I bedded my prego mare this way and she seemed happiest and it was easy to maintain unfortunately its to expensive to do for 10 horses.

I only have two horses now and if the weather is decent they are out so that's not too bad but what I do is wood pellets (not wet) on the bottom and small shavings on top.
The stalls hold soooo much better this way than they did when I used pellets or shavings alone.
