skin care.....? anyone

My horse has been coming in from the feild with little bumps, i know they arent hives but im worried. the skin is sensitive and rough. i bathed him and the bumps went away but some of the hair fell out, it also will come back within a few days. he mainly gets them on his rump, shoulders, neck, and back. any suggestions on what to do??

rainrot -- get hibbyscrub clean the wounds dry the horse and then get some nappy rash cream keep the horse in when wet or misty weather and dont ride him till his back is healed up once the hair has grown back or its ring worm which is highly contagious google both
