Looking for a good saddle/leather person in Northern CA. I may be getting a saddle that has some cracking/tears along the seam of the seat. Since the actual price of the saddle is low and I figure I will probably be riding in it for at least a couple years, I figured it might be worth it to invest a little more to fix it. I'm hoping to replace the seat and cushioning, as well as possibly getting the panels reflocked to wool.

If the price is reasonable enough, I would be willing to send out of state so recommendations outside of CA are welcome too. However, it would be great if I could stay local (ish)!

I would stop shopping for 'reasonable' (as in willing to give away their work for a pittance over the cost of materials)

You can get a seat cover to hide the seam split.
You can go cheap and get a patch over the seam.
You can pony up the X hundreds of dollars for a new seat.
You can look for a saddle which costs more but doesn't have these problems.
