does anyone else have a problem with the fit of your medical armband!? Its too small and iv tried tieing it an knotting it but it just comes undone. Last weekend during xc it slipped down onto my wrist and it was extreeemly abnoxious for the rest of my ride! i got my armband at dover

Safety pin the straps onto your shirt.

I had the same thing happen during my stadium ride. I was holding it in my hand after the first fence.

You can safety pin it as GS recommneded. You can put it in a ziploc and duct tape it (works surprisingly well), you can replace the straps with any sort of custom made strap or piece of elastic you want, including your iphone holder (assuming it has a transparent waterproof window) or something like this: http://www.uxcell.com/sporty-armband-holder-case-for-pda-cell-phone-p-6618.html

The rule says, An approved and completed medical card is required any time while
jumping. It must be enclosed in a transparent, waterproof carrier. It must be securely
attached to the competitor’s upper arm on the outside of the competitor’s clothing.

You don't need to use the USEA type holder if it doesn't work for you.
