I'm having a lot of trouble contacting this company. I've been waiting for a video since mid june from a horse trial. Does anyone know if they are still up and running? Thanks

Yes, I call and the answering machine is not taking messages and there is no response to repeated e-mails. Very frustrating. First video of me and my boy.
