Ohio VLTs.......any idea how much $$ will actually go to the race tracks?

There was a meeting today about the Ohio VLTs with lots of details hammered out http://www.ohiolottery.com/about/aug09_agenda.pdf.

But, can anyone decipher, or know for sure, how much of any earnings from the VLTs will actually go to the tracks that have installed them? Or, will any of the money be going to any other actual HORSE entity? It seemed really unclear when all this was being set up, and with all the pages of today's meeting, I am still not sure!:confused:

According to my HPBA friend, original estimate is 4%. But, nothing clearcut, and each track will negotiate its own deal. Broodmare might be moving to PA Sept 30.
