Hey There!

I am fostering a lovely large liver chestnut pony for the USERL. She is on their site and her name is Valentine.

She came to me this winter, 600 pounds, with a foal, covered in rain rot. She weighs over 1000 pounds and has transformed into an amazing liver chestnut pony. HUGE movement, very quiet, no vices, totally sound.

She is so sweet and trusting. She deserves a special home. She would be an amazing dressage, hunter, or Event pony. Goes in a snaffle, easy keeper.

I also have her baby who weighed less than 100 pounds and has blossomed into a lovely liver chestnut colt (to be gelded this fall) and his new friend, Copper, (an appendix, also a police seizure), both are now yearlings, totally friendly and will be great horses someday.

I put this out as many do not think that these horses can be so wonderful. I am a professional trainer and Valentine will remain in training with me until she is adopted.

Pics on their website!

caitlins, you might want to not offer to take every pony that is on CoTH. Some people will view that negatively. Especially when it's someone who has a low post count. No offense, but it looks bad. As for reselling an adopted horse, here's USERL's rules:

"What are USERL's adoption policies in a nutshell?
Adopted horses remain the property of USERL. Adopters may not breed, race, sell or give away the adopted horse. Adopters must allow USERL to inspect their facility for safety prior to adoption, and access to check the horse thereafter at USERL's discretion."
