Hi everyone -- I lent a friend my book (AK's Riding and Jumping Clinic) and it's lost now. Can someone remind me what the first jumping exercises were? I seem to remember there were ground poles and then something on a circle? Thanks in advance for any help!

Or if you have any other great suggestions to help improve a rider's position over fences...
