Beautiful Paint Mare, in New Hampshire

Double Registered, 19 years old. Just re-habbed from former owner who starved and rode her to the ground. I used to own this mare and I have her history. I have her back and she is ready for a new home. Up to date on all shots, worming, feet, just had teeth floated, needs nothing but a great home. She's bombproof but is quick with her transitions. would your mare be suitable for a very caring little girl who is a beginner but very good with horses. My niece is looking , parents won't spend any money but what ever she ends up with will be in my care. I own a few but nothing quiet enough for her to ride, only my small pony but he is too small for her now. She is tall! I can provide many references, I have been at the same barn for almost 30 years.
