Anyone with a registered welsh pony, welsh cob, or half welsh this is for you guys!

The New England Welsh Pony and Cob Society's 2009 Breed & Performance show is comming up! It is August 22-23 2009 at the Eastern States Exposition Center (The Big E grounds) in Springfield, Mass.

The judges this year are:
Ms Laura Ferris of Rotherdale Stud, U.K.
Ms. India Haynes of Waterford Welsh, Maine-USA.

This is a WPCSA Double Gold show. I do not believe the mailed out entry forms and programs this year, as i did not get one and i just remember about this show. Its a fun show with great judges this year and nice show grounds! Anyone who has a reg. pony should COME! Entry forms are still being accepted. The grounds are very easy to get to, right off the main highways.

Please go here to download entry forms, prize lists, and class lists:

Once again; if you are able to come that weekend PLEASE DO! Its always great to have a bunch of welsh folk showing together! We will most likely be there on Saturday with our stallion depending on school (i start college that week so i will need to be on top of things and come back home to get him ready).

Just thought i would post as the show is comming up, its always a great show, very well run, and we have a UK and a USA judge again this year! Brin gout the pon pons!

thanks very much!

I hope there is a nice turnout this year too. Its back at the BIg Grounds (where it was originally held several years ago). Nice ring, lots of places to walk the ponies around, nice stalls, etc. It stinks they didnt mail out any programs. i think a lot of people have probably forgotten about the show (i know i did and i just remembered it and looked it up). Pass the word along to thos efolks that show ponies!

Have fun!!

I love showing under India Haynes -- she gives each and every entry her full attention, so I always feel like I'm getting an honest, thorough opinion when she judges.
