I recieved a call today from the grandaughter. Grandma and Grandpa raised TB's for the track for many many years. Grandpa is long gone and grandma is now hospitalized and going downhill rapidly. She has always kept her fave TB's and still has 8. Grandaughter can keep her three old folks until they pass but cannot manage all of them so 8 very adoptables have to go.

One is a 2 yr old stud colt. The rest are mares from 4-14. Several of them are broke. All are either registered or registerable. All of them are in good health, good weight and perfectly cared for and handled.

They are located near Athens GA. There is no cost involved but...............if you care to make a donation, that is perfectly ok too. What they need is a home and Grandma has asked that they be placed through us to approved homes, simple as that.

So, if you are in the market for a project horse, maybe a broodmare although that behooves me to no end ( I do approve of careful breeding) then by all means, send me your info. Farrier and vet references and maybe a couple pics of the farm.

These guys have not fallen through the cracks and they dont need to. PM for more info.

I know you said PM, but anyway you could give bloodlines and brief description. Might help the interest from the public.

I have pictures and info on these guys but dont know how to post them. They are all very very nice looking horses, in great shape. All sound. And everyone of them except for the stallion is broke or started.

The oldest gal has a home, she will remain a Sunkissed horse and try her hand at therapy. Of course, we know I love the old folks. the others are all 4 to 8 years old.

I have several people very interested but...................they want the entire herd pretty much for pony club. I would like to have them shared.

[Tons of interest in these horses now. Seems they are a well know group. I am headed there myself on WEd to see what we actually have. One is apparently a really huge horse. All of these are broke or well started. One is older and she is coming to Sunkissed to see if she might make a therapy horse. The other four are all under 8. I hope to meet up with a couple of the people interested to see if we cant get them all gone on Wed.

These guys look to be gorgeous and yes, the pics are recent.
