We have two lovely mini donkey girls--they came to us in May and have really bloomed with good feed and care. However, we'd like to downsize our herd just a bit as I've had some significant health issues over the past 6 months and my husband is crazy busy with work. We also have a very old donkey coming to our farm in September that needs a lot of supportive care.
So, I'd love to find a really wonderful home for these 2 girls. I do not want to give them away as we do not want them given or sold to another home. If for some reason they need to find another home, we want them to come back here instead. Also, we would like them to stay within 1 to 2 hours of us. They were not in a terribly good situation before now and I promised them they would have wonderful care for the rest of their lives, which means we'd like to check in on them periodically.
They need to stay together--they are very attached to each other and should not be separated. We've had them out with all of our guys and I love how they get along with everyone. Very easy keepers, 8 and 9 years old.
