I recently bought a Swisher tow behind bush hog to use with my 4 wheeler--the thing broke the PTO belt after 3 hours of use, it was repaired at no cost to me, I got it back on Monday, used it today & the belt broke again.
I called TSC, told them I was very unhappy with the product & asked if they would take it back. They told me to bring it back & they would refund my money. When I took it over they were very apologetic about the problems and put the refund in the works with no problems at all.
This was a $2000 purchase, so I was very pleased that I will be getting all my money back without any hassle at all.
So there you go--a company that stands behind the customer!

That's great! I like my TSC employees too.
Now I just wish they would get the stuff I need. My local TSC perpetually runs out of the stuff I want and I always hear "we have to take what corporate sends us/we don't get a choice in what we stock". IE if I want the horsie mineral blocks I have learned when delivery day is........have to snag em quick and not wait til the weekend or they will be gone.........ditto on the pasture grass seed though they have tons of the lawn seed.

Yup, I love my TSC too. Really knowlegeable staff, friendly, great customer service. I'd prefer if they made the clothing dept smaller and instead carried more horse stuff. You can buy clothing anywhere, but try to find a leather latigo at the mall.

I was on the fence at first with our local TSC. When we first started going there BH (Before Horse), they had NOTHING and you couldn't never depend on them keeping things in stock. There was talk that it was one of the stores scheduled to close and it looked like a ghost town at one point but then it completely changed.
Now I LOVE my TSC store. I think I am there 3-4 times a week

Yep--I drove to one (about a 20 min. drive from my house) just to see what they had in the line of horse products. A salesperson asked in a cheerful voice if she could help me, and I said "Well, you probably don't have what I'm looking for [I've been fruitlessly searching for a Stanley-type tack trunk]--" and explained what I wanted.
She said, "Oh, I know just you want!" and showed me not, one, but TWO options! Ended up getting just what I'd been looking for! :)
