Brand new breeches ( tan TS) and brand new saddle we were caught in the rain.
Not sure how to even try to remove the dye. Any help would be appreciated.

Try this:
Boil water. Stretch stained area of garment over a big stock pot like a drum head. I use a big rubber band to secure around the lip. Pour boiling water THROUGH the stain until pot fills with hot water. Put diswashing liquid (or laundry detergent) on the stain and scrub area while dipping it in the pot of hot water. Dump this soapy hot water from pot outward through stain.
Repeat boiling water pour through to rinse.
Repeat method for each stain.
I like to make a Borax/diswashing liquid paste for the scrubbing phase. I find it cuts oily greasy stains best.
My method may not get the stain entirely out, may leave faint "ghosting", but is far better than trying bleach or types of cleaners that will leave bleached out marks.
This method successfully removed DRIED blueberry stains from the front of my Mom's brand new cotton/poly blouse. Never, never put the stained garment in the dryer!!

thanks Tikis,
Is Borax the scrub similar to Comet? I am going to go out and get the borax later today and try this.
Thanks so much

There is actual stuff called 'dye remover' but it may also remove the tan...might bear some googling on your part to find out for sure!

 NOOOO! You're thinking about AJAX!!
Borax is an enzyme powder, safe & natural, like baking soda. It's about $3.50 a big box of it. You can sprinkle 1/2 cup in a full load of laundry to use up the rest of it. It's nature's "water softener."

OMG that is exactly what I was thinking. I was thinking that it might have some bleach type agent in it and was wondering how it was going to work.
K tomorrow off to the store to find Borax!
thanks again
