There was a thread about it here approx. a week ago. I think it was 1 farm / 3 horses or something.

The article linked to above says 100 horses are quarantined, but that 3 are actually affected and named the farm where they are at.

This farm is a rent a horse place - as well as a boarding barn.
There are lots of horses coming though this place - if a horse doesn't work out they get another one in to take it's place.
