Spur Question

I had a question as to whether or not the soft touch spurs (the ones with the metal balls that roll on the end) are legal? I skimmed the rule book and I couldn't find a definite answer either way.

My understanding is that they are legal as long as the roller ball moves freely, just as a rowel spur must roll and not be "stuck"

yes the "Impuls" type spurs are legal (plastic or metal end)
