Moles

What's the best way to get rid of/kill moles? We have some eating tomatoes in our garden.

We have two black snakes hanging around the house named "Whiskey" and "Foxtrot" (because of what I said rather loudly when I first found them when moving a tarp). They have decimated the mole and chipmunk population. Even my strawberries haven't been touched by the critters this year!
