Sonesta Farms in Cypress, Texas (near Houston) is pleased to announce the addition of Kristina Ehrle-Webb to its staff as a young horse trainer and dressage instructor. Kristina is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist who is currently competing her horse, Madoc Alexander the Greatest, at the Grand Prix level. Her experience includes working for Pamela Goodrich and Pierre St. Jacques in New Hampshire, along with riding, training, and showing a variety of horses from training level thru FEI in the Houston area. Kristina was also an active participant in the USDF Young Rider program, training with Conrad Schumacher. Kristina will be available at Sonesta Farms for dressage training of horses and riders from beginner through FEI levels.

I leave Aug 24. Return Aug 31. Just to make you Pea-green, I'm spending a couple of days in the Cotswalds with Bob & Pam Langrish first before going on to Windsor. I promise to bring you the hat you wanted.

I love the Cotswolds. Dated a guy while I lived there who lived outside of Worcester and his best friend lived in, ah, some teeny ass place in the Cotswolds, so spent many, many, many weekends there. Lovely part of the world.

Yes, it's gorgeous there. I feel like royalty. Bob said he has laid in several bottles of my favorite white wine - a Chassagne Montrachet! Heaven!

I'll ride in to Windsor with him on Wednesday, as he is photographing the competition.
