Places to look for a barn to lease?

Any ideas on where to look for a place to lease? A trainer friend is wanting to manage her own spot, but has no idea where to start. I was thinking of hitting the local horse e-mail lists, but that's as far as I thought. Ideas?

Where are you located? I know there are several real estate agents in this area who specialize in horse property. Also, hit the horse show scene and ask around... Almost everyone knows a farm sitting empty in this area. Some must be available for lease.
