Would a horse that has done the level 1s still be considered elligible (sp?) for the Pre-Greens?

If the Level 1's were at 2'11" then yes. :)

Thanks, I realize this is a zone issue so I am going to try to find my zone rulebook. I wish everyone would just post their rule books online like USEF. It makes it so much easier!

USEF Level 1 is 3'.
If you just started the 1's this year then you could also do the PGs.

It is not possible to "start in the Level 1s this year".
"Level 1" went away Dec 1 2008.

Jumper heights are now specified in meters
According to the rule book,
0.90m=2'11"
0.95m=3'1"

So 0.90m would "not break your pregreen", but 0.95m would "break your pregreen".

The zone rules are available on line on the USHJA web site.

Good call, our shows in the ghetto, though rated, are a little slow on the uptake.

HITS still has levels 1s and they are 2'11.
I will check USHJA
