Her name is Debbie Bowyer, I knew her about 15 years ago and have lost track of her. Last I knew she was in the LaFayette or Monticello area. She liked to work with the TB's that were coming off track and did mainly hunters. I don't know what she is doing now or if she is even riding anymore. I would love to contact her and say hello.
