I'm *hopefully* going to be bringing a horse ALL the way from VA to Montana- Long trip!
I was looking online for a stabling guide that is up to date, because we'll need to work out somewhere for the horse to stay to rest.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could find something like this? Thanks!

Sorry, I think they're all out of print. I used two when I went East to West in '89, and at least one of those was out of print then. You could try USDF - they had one of them. Otherwise, I have no suggestions. Sorry.

I don't know how up to date these are, but it's worth checking out:

Try this one: http://www.horsetrip.com I know the local places are at least up to date, so it can't be too far off. Good luck on your trip (and let me know if you'll be coming through Lexington at all- I can recommend a great overnight place)!
