Our Inspection went off without a glitch:

He was handled by Bruce and Staci Griffin, and they did a fantastic job. The judges had looked at him last year, and commented that he was a totally different horse from the year before!

Colts of 2009:

Journey Man ES, Escudo II x Nicholas, owned and bred by me. Scored 83 points, even though he only showed one or two trot steps...he had a blast cantering around and showing off in the ring, though!

Fillies of 2009:

Johannah, by Lotus T x Romantic Lead xx, owned and Bred by Dale Jones scored 76 points.

Jerczey, by Balta 'Czar x Rubenz, owned and bred by Nikki Guerrazzi scored 75 points

Both of these fillies were exceptionally beautiful with very feminine faces!!!

Congrats to all involved! I would LOVE to see the pictures, so please post them soon :)

I'm taking my 2009 filly and her mare (for the H label) this Wednesday and am SOOO flippin' nervous. This is the best foal we have bred and it always seems like the stars never align for us quite right. Last year when we presented our mare, she ended up getting hurt in the pasture the day before and was lame for her inspection. This year - our filly just went through a crazy growth spurt and is now ribby and gangly looking and I'm praying by Wednesday she has resumed her normal foal appearance, but fat chance of that lol. I want to lock them both in a bubble wrapped stall until AFTER the inspection!

Congratulations to one and all!

I do hope that the results of the two remaining H-Label inspections will be posted after they occur....Nancy? for the second one and someone for the one on Wednesday in Maryland. We are interested in how this new endeavor develops.

TIA!

Cannot wait to see the pics! I am so sad I couldn't go and bring baby and mom, but after yesterday's temps I can say *phew*! Lawdy it was hot!

I had too many issues stacked against me to make it, so I'll go next year :)

I have to add, that our trainer, Dawn Jensen, did a phenominal job getting the Select Mare/Elite Mare girls ready for their testing, as well as a fantastic job presenting Feuertanzer for his Demo!! She only had two months to get Earwen ready...Dawn is AWESOME :-)

I have been planning for weeks to come to your inspection to spectate. Last week I checked the website and somehow got it in my head that the inspection was in August (how did I do that?!).

Then, on Sat, my parents wanted to go look at a piece of property up near the lake. And we stumbled across a sign on a light post that said Belgian Warmbloods! I was like man, we need to turn here. What are the odds? I had stumbled across your place!

And on the right weekend and everything! But I was too dumb to put it all together until today....:(. I missed it!

It looked like you guys had a good group. I like the Lotus T filly and the Balta Czar filly and the Escudos!
