Does anybody feed Poulin Equi-Pro Carb Safe?

I can't find the ingredients online, even on the website they don't list them - just the analysis. Any ideas where I could find them? Google didn't help either.


If you feed this, how do you like it? How does it store in the summertime, because my guys take a while to get through a bag as neither are getting much grain. They both get Platinum Performance Vitamin and other vitamins/minerals/sups. They currently are on Triple Crown Low Starch.

Loved the Poulin products! I now feed Triple Crown only because I don't like the smell of the Carb-Safe but my horses loved it and did well on it.

The Poulin site used to list ingredients. I would email or call them and ask, They always proved to be very responsive in the past.

I just bought a bag and my pony (who isn't super-picky) doesn't like it. Wish you were close-I'd give it to you.

Ingredients (from the tag that I just happen to have sitting by my computer :)):

soy hulls, dehydrated alfalfa meal, beet pulp, flax seed, vitamin E, vegetable oil, monosodium phosphate, salt, magnesium oxide, live cell equine yeast culture, calcium carbonate, choline chloride, selenium yeast, zinc sulfate, zinc proteinate, manganese proteinate, copper sulfate, manganous oxide, copper proteinate, zinc oxide, folic acid, niacin, vitamin A, vitamin K, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, mineral oil, thiamine, biotin, pyridoxine HCL, vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium iodate, cobalt carbonate

So, see if you can get a sample first-cost me $16.85.

SpotMeNow: Thanks for typing that all out for me - very nice of you! I just wanted to see what it had in it compared to the Triple Crown LS. I'm surprised your pony doesn't like it - don't ponies like EVERYTHING? hehe. Good to know. I'll see about getting a sample first. I have a Poulin Dealership pretty close and have always heard good things about their products, and I don't like the way the Triple Crown LS smells for some reason...It always seems to smell "sour" even when I first open the bag...

It's just an ingredient smell I don't like. Not sure if it's the soy or something else but just not my favorite. Funny, cuz I love the smell of TC Lite and TC LS and TC 12% supplement. Goes to show, each to his/her own when it comes to olfactory. :D

I feed beet pulp, alfalfa pellets, etc. which are all included in the Carb-Safe and I like them alone so not sure what it is?

The horses all liked it though (at least mine, but they are pretty much chow-hounds so not good to use as taste-testers.)
