RJ Classics Shadbelly - Does The Sizing Run The Same As the Jackets?

Wondering if the RJ Classics Shadbelly sizing runs the same as the sizing on the regular RJ Classics show jackets?

I am looking to surprise child with a shad this week, but wanted to make sure the size was going to be okay. She already has an RJ coat and I know what size that is, but am wondering if I should be safe in picking up a shad in the same size?

I think they run the same. I remember trying on shads in the Dover store and I just picked up my regular coat size. It seemed to fit the same.

R J Classics are very consistent in terms of sizing and make a beautiful and affordable shadbelly....but don't make the mistake of comparing sizing between two different brands because the sizing between RJ Classics and Marigold/Grand Prix/Taylored Sportsman is VERY different.
