Hi everyone - My dentist has disappeared and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for dentists who will travel to NW CT -- or any to avoid. You can pm me if you'd like. Thanks in advance.

wendy Bryant from western MA is awsome... she came out to do my two the other day and she was very gentle. My hot horse was very relaxed and she did an awsome job on my pony... he was very stiff in his neck and he is much softer now.

I use Paul Ruggeri from Mass and he is great. He is great with the horse, and always gets right back to you (I found him after my dentist dissapeared several years ago). His email is prugger@msn.com but don't have his phone sitting in front of me.

Dale Golden in Canaan is an equine dentist to the stars -- seriously, he is very big time (I know people fly him down to Fla. etc), he is a vet but all he does is dentistry. He does not use power tools, and does not tranquilize the horses (at least mine). He's very gentle and they are very calm. I did a price comparison with my regular vet (who does use power tools and tranquilizers) and surprisingly they were more expensive. If you can't find his number PM me and I'll give it to you, I don't think it is a great idea for me to post it on the board (though maybe I'm paranoid!). Plus, he's a very nice guy. He has my highest recommendation.
