Supplement question

I was hoping someone much more familiar with rules than I – could tell me if either one of these supplements are allowed to be used during USDF/USEF show. Training level if that matters……….thanks

Whenever I have questions re: a specific supplement, I email USEF directly and they always get back to me with a prompt reply. Then I print out the email and save it in my show folder for future reference/proof/etc. The email address is:
