But what doses and what frequency?

My vet is not familiar but always game, if I can bring the suggestions with me...

I'm assuming you're pinching the cysts on the same cycle you're breeding? So, lavage after rupturing the cysts. Then put the mare on 10 IU oxytocin every six hours, round the clock (attention to detail and don't miss an injection). Breed when ready and up the dosage of oxytocin to 20 IU every six hours for three days post ovulation.
