Coincidence or has anyone ever seen this?
I have a mare who we short cycled w/ 10 days of Regumate, then gave Lutelyse to bring her in season, and she got the Lutelyse at 8am (and banamine given IV for cramps/discomfort). At noon, my son noticed she was covered in hives. Some huge ones, some "rain rot" sized.
I called the vet, and he said to administer a dose of dex, but has anyone ever had this happen?
Had it been a month ago, everyone was getting hives from the rain/mold/whatever outside, but the hives are gone on the rest, and it is a suspicious coincidence to me.
