Chicago- Area Folks!

This question is aimed at people in the Chicago area dressage world:
Who would you like to have come to the area to either ride with or audit?

I feel like the same people are always in the area, so I am curious who you would like to see come to town. :) Maybe with some discussion we can organize a clinician!

Its no secret that I love Conrad... but I know he's expensive to actually get. Maybe you could work something out like when he comes to Temple Farms for their clinic to then slyly borrow him afterwords??

I'm poor... but thats for sure one that I would audit (not quite to the point with my horse where I could ride it!)

Steffan Peters seems to be excellent.
Brad Cutshall is very good and super helpful, but he is in the area, sort of.

-Robert was here a couple of years ago. Rider participation was good. Auditors-was extremely poorly attended.
-Lilo was just recently here - a couple of months ago maybe.
-Conrad comes 2-3 times every year at Tempel. Oh, and he's hard to get a spot. There's a waiting list. Quest: there's always room for auditors. There's not ususally many of them.

I'm not an upper level rider, so I'd like to see people who help us lowly T-1st levelers:
-Jane Savoie (definitely would ride with her, if my horse is better by then, of course)
-Suzanne Von Dietze (she hasn't been here in a couple of years. I would love to ride with her.)
-Steffan for sure. I'd audit that no question. Wasn't he here a few months ago for a 'private' clinic at the Barteau's?
-Karl Mikolka. He comes to Madison about 3 times a year. Would love to audit that. May have to make the trip in October. My trainer is riding with him. But would love it if it were closer.

Cindy Ishoy - Olympic rider for Canada is based somewhere just west of Toronto. I've seen a few minutes of video from one of her clinics on youtube and it looked interesting, but haven't seen a whole clinic. It wouldn't be as expensive to bring her because she's not too far.

Don't mean to hijack, but I am coming to Chicago this Thursday for a long weekend (hubby business thing). Staying in downtown area and wondering if there are any tack stores that I should see while there. Wish I had more time to head out to Tempel Farms but not familiar enough with the area to do it. Love the city though!!! Thanx!

FYI --Lars Petersen will be at Silverwood Farm (Camp Lake, WI) this Tuesday/Wed, July 14 and 15. I believe there is a small charge for auditors.
