WEG tickets w/deposit

Anyone have a copy of the email that was sent by ticketmaster in May about finalizing the purchase of WEG tickets that you have a deposit on? Apparently an email was sent out but went to the Junk Mail folder on many people. Neither WEG or Ticketmaster are being any help so far.

I have a deposit on 6 Evening series tickets and don't want to lose it or my tickets.
