Spray n Braid, New product- Update

I just picked up a bottle of Spray N Braid yesterday at Beval. I sprayed it on my hand and liked the feel. I haven't used it yet. I was wondering if anyone else has used it and how it compares to quik braid? It was cheap too, 8 bucks for a 16 oz bottle.

I'm honestly a fan of my $2 Suave super extra hold hairspray. I like quik braid, but I'd rather not spend the extra money for glorified hair spray.

I tried the suave hair spray and it made the mane slippery. I guess I used the wrong kind.

I tried it this weekend and I like it a LOT. It is definitely glorified hair spray, even smells like it, but I like the texture much more than Quick Braid. With this, I only needed to spray a tiny bit and it gave me very good grip and my braids were TIGHT.

I also tried a different yarn that I think is physically impossible to break (unless it gets wet), it's called Shetland Chunky, 5 ply, similar to Bernat Softee Chunkee
