He fell now what?

My horse got freaked out today, reared and fell on his back and right side. He seems fine and I rode him for a bit and he did not seem uncomfortable. What should I look for in the next couple of days, if anything? Thanks in advance.

I would give him a little bute and a couple days off. And after that probably a chiro and massage just to be on the safe side. Then maybe a light hack or easy trail ride.
That said, if you notice anything weird about his head, any swelling, bloody nose, holding his head funny, eating weird etc, get the vet right out.
