I took video of the homebred yearling today that I have. I ride his sire and he has so much talent. He is G line Hano on the top and out of a Westphalian mare that is by Puritano. Dressage and Jumping combined!

Cute!!!! I was sooo tempted to purchase a G line hano/appy filly but didn't have the funds to get her at the time. So... luckily, this little guy sorta fell into my lap! He's currently on stall rest post colic surgery (doh!) but I can't wait to get him out and start working with him again!

Good luck with your guy! He's adorable and looks like he'll be fun!

Thanks. Yes, the Puritano horses do have quite a bit of pizazz. Perfect cross with the G line brain and jumping ability.

FLecken- Very cute boy! I am a sucker for a well colored horse.

Just curious. What's the G-line breeding on top? He is super cute! My stallion is G-line, which unfortunately seems to be getting more rare! As you noted, the brain and jump have been extremely consistent in his babies.

Yes you are seeing less and less G line in any of the WB breeds. This is my yearlings sire Geallent Quest http://i297.photobucket.com/albums/mm205/MattsonTraining/Weddingphotoshorses065.jpg

He is by Geallant who is by Gueldenstien and out of Dunja H Geulderstien is by Gourverneur and out of Drachenglocke and Dunja H is by Ducker and out of Fanny H

The G line takes longer to mature but they are worth it.
