We're thinking of adding tack lockers at our boarding facility. We have limited tack room space, so they will be "stacked" lockers. What dimensions would you guys recommend? I would think that 4ft high, 4ft deep, and 3ft wide would be sufficient for a saddle rack, grooming supplies, etc?

A barn that I used to ride at had tack lockers with very similar dimensions, and I had plenty of space for my saddle, bridle/martingale (hanging on a hook on the inside of the door), helmet, grooming box, and a small wicker basket with leg wraps and polos. Maybe build a 'test' locker and see how everyone likes it?

Those sound just about right! At our barn the saddle rack is right at the top of the locker so there's room for one of these underneath:

Some people have them and some don't but they definitely make it easier to keep your locker organized!
Also, the saddle rack is just a mounted piece of wood (4x4?) (whatever they regularly are), which leaves room for lots else!
Some things that I think would be useful would be two hooks on the door as well as maybe a small rack on the bottom of the door to hold bottles or whatever.
